The Radian model 1 upper receiver and hand guard are meticulously CNC machined to complement each other perfectly, with strategic reinforcements in critical areas to enhance strength and rigidity. Constructed from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, the upper receiver includes a dust cover, hand guard anti-rotation pin, lightweight forward assist and the Raptor-SD ambidextrous charging handle. The hand guard features Magpul M-LOK slots for versatile accessory mounting, secured to the barrel nut with four corrosion-resistant black nitride-coated steel cross-bolts. Every surface undergoes precise machining and chamfering to ensure a comfortable, ergonomic feel with no sharp edges. Finally, both components are meticulously finished with various Radian Cerakote options, ensuring a seamlessly matched appearance.
