This Ed Brown 1911 Government Model Slide comes with the unique feature of being pre-cut for Trijicon RMR Mounts with Integrated Sights (Brownells SKU 892-000-174). By including this cut, the slide allows for a simple installation of the sight assembly & RMR optic. Other 1911 mounting options require an unsightly mount placed in the rear sight cut or sit high on the slide. Also, the Ed Brown 1911 RMR Slide saves time, as no machining of the slide is necessary to install teh unique Trijion mount. The end result is a low profile, rugged, optic & iron sight setup.
