A layer of Cobalt Cerakote safeguards the action, offering protection against various environmental elements. The bolt, featuring deep fluting and a removable knob, contributes not only to weight reduction and efficient dust and debris clearance but also results in reduced bearing surface within the action, leading to smoother functionality.
